Travers Stakes Sold Out

NYRA

The New York Racing Association announced Friday afternoon that all 50,000 tickets including season passes for the 146th running of the Travers Stakes on August 29th have been sold.

The $1 million dollar-plus race has fans fired up over the prospect of Triple Crown winner American Pharoah entering the stakes, however handlers have not yet committed to bringing the champ to the Spa.

NYRA also capped attendance at the Belmont Stakes in June after traffic issues last year.
