It’s a rematch in the race for mayor of Schenectady. Dr. Roger Hull, a former president of Union College, is challenging Democratic incumbent Gary McCarthy. The independent Hull is running at a transition point for the Electric City – downtown revitalization efforts continue and a new casino is on the way.
Hull spoke to WAMC’s Southern Adirondack Bureau Chief Lucas Willard.
