Saratoga Springs mayor Joanne Yepsen, now in her second year of her first term, is scheduled to deliver her State of the City address at 1 pm today. Before the speech, she spoke to WAMC’s Lucas Willard about what’s next in 2015 and her experience in 2014. Yepsen reflected on the division within the community over casino development, a topic that dominated city business for months.
