New York’s casino siting board last night voted unanimously to disqualify the application for a major casino project at Thruway Exit 27 in Amsterdam. The Times Union reports the panel said the application’s “incompleteness” did not meet the minimum requirements. The Canadian gaming partnership was dropped from the 17 applications before the panel for up to four gaming licenses statewide.
