A Saratoga County village is preparing for its annual film festival this weekend.
The seventh Ballston Spa International Film Festival will feature short films ranging from 1 to 18 minutes in length Friday and Saturday. The family-friendly event is free and will include work from young, local filmmakers. Italy, Mexico, Belgium, Israel/Germany, Poland, Indonesia, and Greece will be represented at the event as well.
38 films will be shown in 4 slates.
Screenings will be held in the Ballston Spa High School Auditorium and Old Iron Spring Park. Family activities are also planned.
