Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will be in Saratoga Springs, New York on July 29th for a book signing. The former New York Senator will sign her memoir Hard Choices, according to The Saratogian. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-serve basis at the Northshire Bookstore starting at 10 a.m. Monday.
