Lawsuit Filed Challenging Constitutionality of NY's Participation in RGGI

Albany, NY – Three residents of New York have filed suit against the governor, the DEC and NYSERDA challenging the constitutionality of the state's participation in RGGI: the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative.
