Montpelier, VT – The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency will review a 2002 plan to clean up Lake Champlain. The move could lead to stricter rules in Vermont on wastewater treatment and phosphorous discharges into the lake. WAMC North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
