American Lung Association Releases State By State Tobacco Control Grades

Plattsburgh, NY – The American Lung Association has issued its annual tobacco control report, grading individual states for their smoking control and cessation efforts. Northeast states received mixed grades in four categories. WAMC North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
