Ribbon Cut on Transit Bus Manufacturing Plant in Plattsburgh

Plattsburgh, NY – Nova Bus, a division of Volvo, cut the ribbon on its 25-million dollar manufacturing plant in Plattsburgh on Monday. North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley was at the festivities.
