Plattsburgh, NY – On February 11th, Congress passed the DTV Delay Act, allowing television stations to delay the transition from analog to digital transmission from tonight until June 12th. But many stations, including all the broadcast stations in Vermont and New York's North Country, are switching to digital at midnight. WAMC North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
