Plattsburgh, NY – In late August, 150 students from the earthquake ravaged Sichuan Province in China arrived in New York State to study at colleges throughout the SUNY system. Sixty-six of the "China 150" students have spent part of their winter break this week in Plattsburgh at a Leadership Conference. North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley met some during a Day of Service.
