Plattsburgh, NY – A coalition of government and environmental groups from the Adirondacks and Catskills are expressing their opposition to Governor Paterson's proposed cap on state tax payments on Forest Preserve lands. WAMC's North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
