Albany, NY – In a major role reversal in this year's budget process, it's Senate Majority Leader Joe Bruno who is the odd man out in the talks.
Democratic Governor Eliot Spitzer, along with Democratic Leaders of the Legislature, say the Senate Republicans want to spend too much and are not being realistic in their spending plan. Senator Bruno spoke to our Capitol Correspondent Karen DeWitt, about his budget plans, his conflicts with Governor Spitzer, and what's next as the budget deadline approaches.
