Plattsburgh, NY – Plattsburgh State hosted Quebec's Minister of International Relations earlier this week for the college's annual Distinguished Quebec Address. The college also announced a new course of study through its Center for the Study of Canada. WAMC's North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
