Colonie, NY – New York state's school bus fleet could get a serious makeover, with the help of nearly $5.5 million in state and federal grants. Many school districts are already taking measures to reduce harmful emissions from school buses. WAMC's Capital District Bureau Chief Jessica Bloustein reports:
