Elizabethtown, NY – Officials from across the Adirondacks gathered in Elizabethtown, New York Friday afternoon to explore the possibility of creating a land trust to promote affordable housing. It's an issue that's becoming critical as housing values skyrocket, pushing many year-round residents of the Adirondacks out of the home-buyers' market. WAMC's North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
