Group Says Vermont 15 Years in Behind Compliance To Clean Water Act
Montpelier, VT – Stormwater runoff is at issue between an environmental group and the state of Vermont. The Conservation Law Foundation is challenging the state's failure to comply with the federal Clean Water Act for 15 years. The group also claims they have been denied access to state records on the issue. WAMC's North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
