Burlington, VT – It took roughly ten hours of deliberations over two days for a Vermont jury to recommend that Donald Fell should be put to death for kidnaping and killing Vermonter Terry King in New York State five years ago. The sentence was handed down just before noon Thursday in Vermont's first capital punishment trial in nearly a half-century.
