Dwindling Tobacco Control Money Means More Young Smoker, Advocates Say

North Adams, MA – Despite 700-million dollars coming into the state of Massachusetts in tobacco settlement money and tobacco taxes, money for tobacco control programs in the state has been cut by 90 percent in the last five years. Advocates say it is leading to more young people picking up the habit.
