NY Senate Majority Leader to Appeal CFE Court Case

Albany, NY – State Senate Majority Leader Joe Bruno says Governor Pataki will appeal, once again, a court order that says the state must give New York City schools an additional $5.6 billion dollars a year. WAMC's Capitol Correspondent Karen DeWitt reports.
