Developers of a stalled mall project in Vermont's largest city say construction won't begin until late summer or early fall - pushing the opening back to 2022 or 2023.
Developers for CityPlace had announced in October that it would be scaling back development.

They said at a public meeting Thursday that the building will go from the original 14 stories to 10 stories. There will be 357 housing units with 72 designated as affordable. The size of the overall building was reduced by around 25%.
