The Berkshire Regional Transit Authority's main hub in Pittsfield, Massachusetts

The Berkshire Regional Transit Authority has unveiled updated routes and new service options for public transportation users in Berkshire County. BRTA Administrator Robert Malnati spoke with WAMC about changes for Berkshire County bus riders, and how the authority appealed to its ridership for guidance.
