A 17-year-old Vermonter is facing bank robbery charges after her mother called police after spotting her daughter's picture on social media.
Brattleboro Police say 17-year-old Angel Baker and 18-year-old Jack Burke, both of Rockingham, were arrested shortly after the Citizens Bank was robbed by a female suspect who claimed to have a gun.

The suspect fled with more than $2,000.

A court affidavit says that after Baker's mother called police, Baker surrendered. She told officers she was carrying an unloaded BB gun and that her boyfriend, Burke, drove during the robbery.

Burke pleaded not guilty Friday.

Court officials say Baker, who is being charged as an adult, was in court Friday afternoon but had not entered a plea.

Attorneys for Baker and Burke did not respond to emails seeking comment.
