Vermont School Evacuated After Antifreeze Spill

Police say eight children and seven adults were screened by emergency medical services personnel after an antifreeze spill at Vermont's Charlotte Central School.
Vermont State Police say the spill was reported about 11:30 Wednesday morning after between 50 and 100 gallons of antifreeze spilled from the boiler in the school basement.  There was concern about potential adverse health effects from the fumes so the school was evacuated and the Vermont Hazmat Team called to the site.

Seven adults and 8 children were checked but no one was taken to the hospital.
