Key Part Of Vermont Health Connect Website Set For May Fix

A key part of the trouble-plagued Vermont Health Connect website is due to be up and running by the end of May.

Vermont Health Care reform chief Lawrence Miller says the goal had been to complete the change of circumstance section of the website that allows users to process changes to their policies, such as a new address, by next month.

But now that date is being pushed back to late May to be sure everything is working properly.

The change of circumstance section of the website has never worked and those changes are now processed manually. A number of other changes to the website are due to be made later this year.

Miller told Vermont Public Radio the process is "quite frustrating for all involved."
