A man in Adams, Massachusetts wanted by police apparently killed himself as officers arrived to arrest him.
The Berkshire Eagle reports that 27-year-old Michael C. Jimenez was at his home at about 9 p.m. Friday when state troopers arrived after receiving a tip that a person with outstanding arrest warrants from Hampden Superior Court and Springfield District Court was there.
Police reportedly heard a single gunshot upon entering the home. Jimenez was found dead on the second floor.
It was not clear if there was anyone else in the home or what Jimenez was wanted for.The incident is under investigation.
