Ulster County Exec Previews His First State-Of-The-County Address

Ulster County Executive Pat Ryan will deliver his first state-of-the-county address Thursday at his alma mater — Kingston High School. His address will focus on providing opportunities for the next generation. Ryan previewed his speech with WAMC’s Hudson Valley Bureau Chief Allison Dunne.
