The Berkshire Mall in Lanesborough, Massachusetts is losing another store.
American Eagle Outfitters will close its location at The Berkshire Mall.
The shopping center has been troubled by legal disputes with a Pittsfield-based snowplowing contractor, and failed to pay taxes to Lanesborough on time.
Last year, The Berkshire Mall lost four stores: Payless ShoeSource, Eastern Mountain Sports, Kay Jewelers, and JC Penney.
Macy's and Best Buy stores closed in 2015.
As part of 63 Sears and Kmart stores closing nationally, The Berkshire Mall Sears location is expected to close by the end of the month.
