The Kingston community has a chance Thursday evening to weigh in on the city’s budget.
Kingston Mayor Steve is holding a community forum regarding the city’s budget process. The forum begins with opening remarks from the mayor followed by a budget overview from the city comptroller. Those in attendance will be invited to break out into small work groups to review the budget in greater detail. City department leaders will be on hand and city staff will gather questions, suggestions and comments that will be used during the budget planning process. The forum begins at 6 p.m., Thursday, August 18, at City Hall.
