An environmental conservation and outdoor recreation organization in the Berkshires has a new president—just its third in its 50-year history. Jenny Hansell succeeds Tad Ames as president of the Berkshire Natural Resources Council.
Hansell has been the executive director of the North East Community Center in Millerton, New York since 2001.
Ames stepped down as the organization’s president at the end of 2017, a position he held since 2002.
