Fourth Man Sentenced And Released In Connection To Berkshire Triple Murder

David Casey of Canaan, NY pleaded guilty to witness intimidation, kidnapping and murder accessory charges connected to the 2011 murders of David Glasser, Edward Frampton and Robert Chadwell in Hampden Superior Court Monday.

Per the joint recommendation of Berkshire District Attorney David Capeless and Casey’s attorney, the 66-year-old was sentenced to two and half years in state prison. Casey was released after being credited with nearly 1,000 days served.

He testified for the prosecution during the trials of co-defendants Adam Lee Hall, David Chalue and Caius Veiovis. All three are serving life in prison without parole.
