Wayfair CEO Details Company’s Expansion To Pittsfield

Wayfair, a Boston-based online retailer, is expanding to the Berkshires in 2019. In a deal with Massachusetts that will see the company create 3,300 jobs in the state, Wayfair will receive more than $31 million in tax credits. 300 of those jobs will be at a new call center in Pittsfield. WAMC spoke with CEO Niraj Shah about the company’s plans in the county.
