Republican lawmakers in the Connecticut General Assembly are complaining that there's only been a partial release of budget bills ahead of a special legislative session. The entire $19.7 billion budget bill was released on Tuesday, almost a week after a vote on the deal was originally supposed to take place.

But Republican Minority Leader Len Fasano questioned why another bill that spells out details of the budget has not yet been released.

The Senate is scheduled to vote Thursday on the budget bills. Fasano and Republican Sen. Rob Kane urged the Democrats to postpone the vote until all details are made public.

Senate Democratic spokesman Adam Joseph says the vote won't be delayed.

No date has been announced yet for a vote by the House of Representatives.
