A number of Northern Berkshire cultural organizations are previewing their upcoming summer seasons in North Adams Wednesday.Williams College Museum of Art, The Clark Art Institute and Williamstown Theatre Festival are among the organizations taking part in the Northern Berkshire summer cultural season preview. MASS MoCA’s communications director Jodi Joseph says a new exhibition including paintings, sculptures and video art will open at the North Adams museum May 28.

“The show is called ‘Explode Every Day: An Inquiry into the Phenomena of Wonder,’” Joseph explained. “It’s about the state of wonder and how it agitates, shocks and pushes us to a place of discomfort but is also lined with pleasure and desire. You’re going to find a lot of that in our performing arts season as well.”

The preview event at MASS MoCA runs from 5:30 to 7:30.
