Kingston Mayor Talks About Plans For COVID-19 Relief Funding

As part of the $1.9 trillion COVID relief package known as the American Rescue Plan that President Biden signed earlier this month, more than $130 billion will directly fund state and local governments. In Ulster County, the City of Kingston is on tap to receive nearly $18.7 million. WAMC’s Hudson Valley Bureau Chief Allison Dunne spoke with Kingston Mayor Steve Noble about his plans for the funds.
