Two Nor’easters in March left portions of the Hudson Valley without power — in some cases, for nearly two weeks. And severe thunderstorms May 15 also knocked out power for days, including in Sullivan County.  WAMC’s Hudson Valley Bureau Chief Allison Dunne spoke with Sullivan County Manager Josh Potosek about potential financial aid, improving responses with power companies and prepping-long term for increasingly brutal weather.
