After identifying the required amount of contact tracers, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo said Tuesday that the Capital Region can begin reopening from coronavirus shutdowns Wednesday.
Western New York is reopening Tuesday, following the North Country, the Mohawk Valley, the Southern Tier, the Finger Lakes and Central New York.
Like surrounding states, New York has laid out a phased reopening plan allowing certain industries to resume operations under strict guidelines.
