WAMC's Dr. Alan Chartock discusses the ongoing murder trial of Derek Chauvin, the former Minneapolis police officer charged in the death of George Floyd. In testimony Thursday, pulmonary specialist Martin Tobin said Floyd died of a lack of oxygen from being pinned to the pavement with Chauvin's knee on his neck. Dr. Chartock also comments on Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz, and Manhattan District Attorney Cy Vance's plans to retire at the end of the year.
