Rep. Owens: 50-50 Chance Democrats Reclaim House

In the wake of the 16-day government shutdown, which polling shows angered voters of all stripes, New York Congressman Bill Owens, a Democrat from the North Country, says the GOP may be in danger of losing control of the House.

"At this point, I would say to you that it’s about 50-50," Owens said. "If people remember what just happened, I think it stays in that range. It’s a tough uphill battle because there are very few purple districts, if you will, like mine, where there is the possibility of change from one party to another."
