Today we are going to discuss The Supreme Court. As the U.S. Senate considers the nomination of Brett Kavanagh, the high court on Monday began its new term. The Supreme Court enters its nine-month term evenly divided – with four conservative and four liberal justices. Here to discuss all of this are Justin Crowe of Williams College and Steve Gottlieb, professor emeritus of Albany Law School. WAMC's Ray Graf hosts.
