Already a national figure, New Jersey governor Chris Christie emerged from Sandy and the election as a 2016 contender. In today’s Congressional Corner, Rutgers University political science professor Ross Baker tells WAMC’s Alan Chartock that Christie has been a pragmatic Republican in a mostly blue state.
