Albany, NY – On Monday the five member commission of the FCC will meet to decide whether or not to relax the current rules on media ownership. Today, Congressional Quarterly Editor, David Hawkings is here to talk about this. Alan asks David if the rules are indeed relaxed, if the Congress might try to overturn this decision.
