Everybody loves a good story. So, today on the Best Of Our Knowledge, we thought we’d change things up a bit and bring you a few stories from around the country…and overseas to see how educators are helping their students and communities.

First a trip to Niagara Falls to see how their schools have made STEM education a priority. Then we’ll head out west to Wyoming and visit a very special poetry class that’s helping students find the words to say the things they think they cannot say. Finally it’s a trip to Mumbai, where a teacher is using soccer to help students escape the slums.

And, of course, we’ll spend an academic minute outsmarting Whooping Cough.
