A Plattsburgh, New York attorney has been found dead after failing to appear at his own arraignment.
On Monday, a Clinton County Court judge issued a felony arrest warrant for attorney Justin Herzog after he failed to show up for his arraignment.  He had been charged with attempted murder, burglary and unlawful imprisonment following a domestic dispute in February.

According to the Plattsburgh Press Republican, a 911 call Monday evening reported a 44-year-old man was unconscious and not breathing at Herzog’s law office.  Plattsburgh Police Chief Levi Ritter confirmed it was Herzog. Results of an autopsy are pending.
