WMHT's Dan Clark discusses FY 2023 NYS budget

New York Governor Kathy Hochul signed a $220 billion state budget on Saturday. The spending plan signed more than a week late is loaded with policy items, some that held up its passage in the state legislature. WMHT's Dan Clark joined WAMC's Lucas Willard on Midday Magazine to speak about the budget.
