A new mobile game called Algae Bloom Dynamics was developed by a team at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy. RPI, together with IBM Research and the Lake George Association, have been studying the lake for years through an effort called the Jefferson Project.
The app is a new way to bring science to anyone curious about a real threat to local ecosystems.
