Vermont Courts and Some Businesses Partially Reopening

The courts reopened Monday along with a number of other sectors of the Vermont economy.
Vermont courthouses resumed operations for the first time since mid-March. Some close contact businesses also resumed limited operations including massage therapists, indoor gymnasiums, and cleaning services.  

During his Monday update Vermont Republican Governor Phil Scott said he plans to detail more reopenings later in the week. “Which if everything continues to move in the right direction will include steps to allow for indoor dining at restaurants soon.”

The Vermont DMV is restoring on line learners permit testing, driver’s license exams and road tests.
