As the coronavirus pandemic upends daily life, social service agencies are pressing ahead with their missions while trying to keep their workers and the people they serve at a safe distance.

Case in point is the Food Bank of Western Massachusetts. 

WAMC’s Pioneer Valley Bureau Chief Paul Tuthill spoke with Christina Maxwell, the director of programs at the food bank.
