Massachusetts State Senator Adam Hinds is in Boston this week as lawmakers hash out the details of the proposed $42.7 billion budget. The Democrat from Pittsfield chairs the Joint Committee on Revenue and sits on the Senate Ways and Means Committee, which has considered hundreds of amendments.
